Corporate Secretary
In accordance with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 concerning Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies, the Company has appointed Irianto Kusumadjaja to serve as the Corporate Secretary and carry out his duties fully since November 1, 2019.

An Indonesian citizen who born in Jember 1962, graduated from the High School of Informatics Management & Computer (STI&K) in 1985. Following the risk management certification level III (three) in 2012 on the risk Management Certification body. Served as Vice President of Industrial Bank of Japan (IBJ) Jakarta from 1989 to 1999, Assistant General Manager & IT head at Mizuho Corporate Bank Hongkong (1999-2002), CEO of PT Anugerah Lestari Data Computer Jakarta (2002-2004), Commissioner of PT International Mitra Futures Denpasar (2006-2007), President Director Misys International Financial System Jakarta (2004-2008), Plt President Director Bank Andara (March 2014-December 2014), Operation Director & IT Director Bank Andara (October 2008-August 2016) , CEO of PT Exlayer Teknologi Indonesia (2016 – present), independent Commissioner of BPR Lestari Bali (2018 – present).
